Returns

Sometimes things don’t always work out or fit the way we hope they do!
We want you to love your selections from our store, therefore, The 1408 accepts qualifying returns within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. All returned merchandise must be new and in original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Please have original receipt present. At this time, we do not offer refunds.
Qualifying returns include clothing and shoes in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, stains, pet hair, smoke, & alterations and tags must still be attached from store.

We DO NOT accept returns for the following:

  • All lingerie, intimates, hosiery, bralettes, bramis, and swimwear.
  • All Accessories, including jewelry, handbags, hats, and belts.
  • Holiday & Seasonal merchandise is limited and are final sale.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you have received an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 14 days to resolve the issue by credit or exchange. We offer no guarantee on items after 14 days of receipt.


Holiday Returns:
